Return Policy

RETURNS

We give as much detail as possible on the size and fit of our styles, so you purchase  something that will work for you.  If for some reason you do need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] with the details of your purchase.  We will get back to you within 24 hours with a RA, return address, and instructions.  Returns will be processed for in store credit or exchange only - no refunds.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, in NEW condition, in original box with all packaging/tags attached.
  • You must contact us for your return within 3 days of receiving your item.  Item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving it.  Should either of these conditions not be met, item will be considered a final sale.
  • Jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged
  • Any shipping fees charged at purchase will not be refunded. 
  • Costs to ship the item back to us will be at purchaser's expense.  Items returned COD will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure item is wrapped to protect the box, and include the RA (return authorization) number on outside packaging
  • Waterlily Shoes reserves the right to deny any returns on items that do not comply with our return policy. 
  • Waterlily Shoes will not assume liability for shipping loss or damage on return goods.
